AMP Utility was founded in 2012 as a small, woman owned, independent, distributor. Our goal was to provide old fashion, quality customer service. With more than 50 years of experience in waterworks distribution in the Charlotte market, we strive to give our customers what they want by working with them from the "take off" of each job through the final inspection.

In 2023, AMP Utility became a part of CITCO Water, a family-operated waterworks distributor that has been in business since 1931. CITCO Water's values and direction align perfectly with AMP and this partnership allows us to provide our customers with a larger inventory selection, expanded solutions, and much more.
